If you placed an order through Amazon and have an issue, please contact the reseller. You can find their name on your order invoice/email. It’s usually just below the product title and quantity. Typically, it will say, “Sold By:” followed by the reseller’s name. Contacting them directly is the fastest and best way to resolve your issue since we have no record of your order.
