Who We Are

EFX Sports (“EFX”) operates this website ( At EFX, we know the importance of privacy. That is why we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and customers.

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve our customers and website users who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used. Personally Identifiable Information, as defined by US policy, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.

Please read our privacy policy to learn how we collect, use and protect your PII when interacting with our website.

What Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It

Like most website operators, EFX collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. EFX’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how EFX’s visitors use its website. From time to time, EFX may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

EFX also collects potentially personally-identifying information for users leaving comments on the site. We collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Personally Identifiable Information

Certain visitors to EFX’s website choose to interact with EFX in ways that require EFX to gather Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The amount and type of information that EFX gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Generally, this information is requested when you create an account on the site, make a purchase, enter a contest, subscribe to comments, put yourself on a product waiting list, make a product request or sign up for our e-mail newsletter.

During these interactions, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details. EFX collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with EFX. EFX does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
