EFX Sports (“EFX”) operates this website (https://efxsports.com/). At EFX, we know the importance of privacy. That is why we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and customers.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
Like most website operators, EFX collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. EFX’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how EFX’s visitors use its website. From time to time, EFX may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
EFX also collects potentially personally-identifying information for users leaving comments on the site. We collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Certain visitors to EFX’s website choose to interact with EFX in ways that require EFX to gather Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The amount and type of information that EFX gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. The final cookie contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

The third-party providers we share data with are: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, Google, Elavon, Authorize.net, PayPal, Braintree, Signifyd, and Omnisend.

If you are a registered user of the EFX website and have supplied your email address, EFX may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with EFX and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
If you send us a request (for example via a support email or one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. EFX takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
All information collected while purchasing in our online store (sales data) is kept indefinitely for tax purposes and is not entitled to erasure.
Information collected during the newsletter signup process can be removed by unsubscribing (see the bottom of any newsletter email). Product requests are kept indefinitely for further consideration or until a privacy request is made for them to be erased (see below).
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We take the security of your personally-identifying information very seriously.
