EFX SPORTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines based on where you made your purchase.


1. PURCHASES FROM EFXSPORTS.COM:

You have 30 days (one month) from the date of purchase to request a refund.

A. Eligibility for Refund:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
  • You are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the product to us. (This cost is typically deducted from your refund amount.)

B. Eligibility for Free Replacement:

You will receive a free replacement (including a prepaid return label) if you received an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping.
  • Defective (e.g., expired, mislabeled, broken seal, or broken capsules).
  • Incorrect (wrong product or quantity).

To process your free replacement claim, you must provide clear photo evidence of the damage, defect, or error showing the issue. Please include this with your return request.

In some cases, to better understand the issue and ensure product quality, we may request that you return the original product to our Quality Control department for examination. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at our expense.

Refund Processing Time:

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method after we receive and process your return.

Right to Refuse Returns:

EFX Sports reserves the right to deny any return or refund that doesn’t comply with this policy or for any reason we deem necessary, including suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the return process.


2. PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS (E.G., AMAZON, GNC):

If you purchased an EFX Sports product from a third-party retailer, please follow that retailer’s return policy directly, as we are unable to process returns or issue refunds for purchases made through other stores.


3. SPECIFIC POLICY FOR APPAREL:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN (STEP-BY-STEP):

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Contact EFX Sports to notify us of your intent to return or replace an item. All returns require prior authorization.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

  • If eligible, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  • If your return is for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will email you a prepaid call tag for a free pickup.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will be refused.
