EFX SPORTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines based on where you made your purchase.
1. PURCHASES FROM EFXSPORTS.COM:
You have 365 days (one year) from the date of purchase to request a refund for your order.
A. Eligibility for Refund:
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
- You are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the product to us. This cost is typically deducted from your refund amount.
B. Eligibility for Free Replacement:
You will receive a free replacement (including a prepaid return label) if you received an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping.
- Defective (e.g., expired, mislabeled, broken seal, or broken capsules).
- Incorrect (wrong product or quantity).
Refund Processing Time:
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method after we receive and process your return.
2. PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS (E.G., GNC, AMAZON):
If you purchased an EFX Sports product from a third-party retailer, you must follow that retailer’s return policy. EFX Sports cannot process returns or issue refunds for products bought through other stores.
3. SPECIFIC POLICY FOR APPAREL:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Have all original tags and labels attached.
HOW TO START A RETURN (STEP-BY-STEP):
Step 1: Request Authorization
- Contact EFX Sports to notify us of your intent to return or replace an item. All returns require prior authorization.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
- If eligible, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- If your return is for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will email you a prepaid call tag for a free pickup.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will be refused.
