Shipping Liabilities
EFX Sports will pack, process, and ship your order so that it arrives in a proper, usable condition. However, once your order leaves our facility, EFX Sports is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In such cases, contact your local mailing/delivery service provider to resolve issues related to lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
SMS Program Terms & Conditions
You may receive periodic messages from EFX Sports. Message frequency may vary. Reply ‘STOP’ to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, email, or phone #. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. (For more information, see our Privacy Policy).
- Opting In: By signing up for our SMS Program, you consent to receive marketing and informational messages via text. Consent is not required for purchases. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency may vary.
- Opting Out: To stop receiving texts, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You may receive a confirmation text upon opting out. Only these exact commands will be honored.

Termination

EFX Sports Loyalty & Rewards Program
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older.
1.2. Employees of EFX Sports, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Enrollment
2.1. To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on the EFX Sports website (www.efxsports.com) and provide all necessary information, including a valid email address.
2.2. By enrolling, you agree to receive communications regarding your account, rewards, and other promotional information related to the Program.
3. Earning Points
3.1. Points (“Points”) are earned by making eligible purchases on the EFX Sports website or through other promotional activities specified by EFX Sports.
3.2. Points are awarded at 100 Points for every $10 spent on qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
3.3. EFX Sports may offer additional opportunities to earn Points through special promotions or activities. These will be subject to the terms of each specific promotion.
3.4. Points are based on the final total of your order and after discounts are applied.
3.5. Points will be credited to your account after you complete and process payment for the qualifying purchase.
3.6. Points will only be credited on orders made while logged into your account. “Guest orders” are not eligible to earn points.
3.7. If an order is returned, canceled, or refunded, any Points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
3.8. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.9. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, even if owned by the same individual.
4. Redeeming Points
4.1. Points can be redeemed for rewards (“Rewards”) as outlined on the EFX Sports website.
4.2. To redeem Points, log into your account and select the desired Reward from the available options.
4.3. Points cannot be redeemed for shipping, handling, or taxes. Some exclusions may apply.
4.4. Rewards are subject to availability, and EFX Sports reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
4.5. Some promotions, discounts, or offers may exclude the use of Points or Rewards. EFX Sports will make these exclusions at its sole discretion and communicate them as part of the specific promotion’s terms.
4.6. Rewards cannot be added to a completed order.
4.7. Points cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once redeemed.
5. Expiration and Forfeiture of Points
5.1. points will expire twelve (“12”) months from their earned date if not redeemed.
5.2. EFX Sports reserves the right to cancel your Points and/or terminate your account if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are detected.
5.3. Upon termination of your account or the Program, any remaining Points will be forfeited.
6. Program Changes and Termination
6.1. EFX Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any changes to the Program or Terms will be communicated via the EFX Sports website and/or email. Continued participation in the Program after any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
7. Privacy
7.1. The personal information you provide in connection with the Program will be used according to the EFX Sports Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
7.2. By participating in the Program, you consent to collecting, using, and sharing your personal information to administer it.
8. General Conditions
8.1. EFX Sports is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in administering the Program or processing Points.
8.2. EFX Sports reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Program or violates these Terms.
8.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EFX Sports regarding your participation in the Program and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and your participation in the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be resolved exclusively in Yellowstone County, Montana’s state or federal courts.
