RETAIL CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY

You should never feel like you are taking a risk when buying EFX Sports products from our online store or calling our retail service center. We do not deserve to keep your money if our products do not meet your expectations. It’s that simple.

FOR ANY FIRST-TIME PRODUCT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM EFX SPORTS:

You have up to one year (365 days from the date of purchase) to get your money back, even if you use the entire product. We ask that you: 1) provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt) and 2) cover the shipping and handling charges to get the product back to us.

FOR ADDITIONAL PURCHASES OF THE SAME PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM EFX SPORTS:

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. The product must be unopened and arrive in a sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returning the product to us.

You may be eligible to receive a product replacement for the following reasons: If you receive a product that is 1) Damaged, 2) Defective (expired, mislabeled, has a broken seal, contains broken capsules, etc.), or 3) Incorrect (wrong product or amount), please notify us within 72 hours to receive a replacement.

CUSTOMER RETURNS TO RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS:

EFX Sports products purchased from a Retail or Internet store (e.g., General Nutrition Center, Amazon.com) automatically fall under that store’s return policy and not that of EFX Sports.

RETURNS OF APPAREL:

Apparel wear must be unworn and unwashed; all original tags and labels must be attached to the item(s).

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Notify EFX Sports that you wish to make a return or receive a replacement by calling 1-888-238-1864. (All returns MUST receive prior authorization.)
2. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return qualifies. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you will be issued a call tag for the product to be picked up and returned at our expense.
3. Make your return items ready for pickup by prominently displaying your RA number on the package label. (Failure to do so will cause your shipment to be automatically refused.)

5. EFX Sports will credit your card or immediately ship you a replacement product, depending on the nature of your return.
