Hey guys. I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. My name is Joseph Chestnut, and I am so excited about partnering with EFX Sports to help bring you just the the best research, the best information out there about how to transform your body, how to lose the weight, how to make a long-lasting lifestyle shift so that you can live a health and fitness lifestyle for the long term.[bg_collapse view=”link-inline” color=”#009ace” expand_text=”Show More …” collapse_text=”Show Less” ]
I just wanted to take a minute and talk a little bit about where I come from and my journey so that you can really resonate with that and kind of see my background a little bit. I was in a place where I was just feeling hopeless to change my body. I was that guy that just couldn’t stop eating the wrong things, had no exercise plan in place, and I had a guy who I ended up meeting who who walked me through and helped me to change my habits, helped me to change my my my routine and begin to help me work out and get in shape and change the way I was eating.
And I eventually ended up losing the weight, building muscle, and transforming my body for the long-term. And so since then, I began to study, really get into it and study all that I could about Fitness, about nutrition about building muscle, losing body fat.
And then from that point on realized I loved helping other people with that. So I began to help others begin, you know became a certified personal trainer, and then went even further became a certified nutrition coach, behavior change specialist, weight-loss specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, even a women’s fitness specialist, so I help a lot of women.
But, I began to just dive in, and um I’ve been able to help hundreds of people to transform their bodies and to make those long-lasting lifestyle changes that we’re really all looking for. And so I’m so excited about this, just really this partnership with EFX Sports because EFX Sports is so dedicated to helping people make a long-lasting lifestyle change, not just to, you know, just have a quick fix and use some, you know, some sort of training program or diet or whatever, and then fall back off track after you’re done with it, but to really make a long-lasting lifestyle change.
And so I’m excited about that because that’s one of the things I’m passionate about is helping you change your habits, helping you change your lifestyle your behaviors, because it’s not about a diet, it’s not about that training program you saw in a magazine. It’s about what’s going to happen after that. It’s about the habits that you have formed, and how can we make new ones? How can we make a new lifestyle?
So I’m here to help you with that. And that’s one of the things I study, that’s one of the things I’m certified in is is behavior change, and so I want to just welcome you guys to this blog, and uh I want to encourage you really dive in, engage with these posts, engage with the videos, the articles that you see on here, and I’ll comment back, and we’ll build a relationship, and let’s just stay in touch because I’m here to help you guys want to give you the best information out there, and I’m really excited to be on this journey with you.
