This is the protein shake that has everything but the kitchen sink and tastes like oranges & cream! It contains Pre-workout, protein, Karbolyn, Superfoods, glutamine, Kre-Alkalyn, and even a healthy fat. Plus, it will keep you feeling full for a while, this is by design. When you are training hard, you are hungry almost as soon as you finish eating, so this shake will come to your rescue! It has the three macros so it feeds you in a well-rounded fashion.
You will need a blender with this because there are too many powders to get stuck in that metal shaky ball! Your muscles will thank you because you are feeding them a cocktail worthy of a king. Here is each ingredient and what they will do for you:
Karbolyn: good carbs that absorb quickly and turn into glycogen (muscle fuel) quicker than sugar
Whey Protein Isolate: Quick absorption, muscle repair & building, essential amino acids, weight loss
Kre-Alkalyn: Creatine without the bloating, improves maximal strength, size, and power

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of neutral Karbolyn
- ½ scoop Pre: orange mango flavor
- 1 tsp. Almond butter (the kind with nothing but almonds in the ingredients)
- 1 Scoop vanilla EFX Sports Training Ground Isolate
- 2 scoops or pills of EFX Sports glutamine
- 1 scoop or 1 pill of Kre-Alkalyn
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. goji powder or 2 oz. goji juice
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
- 12 ounces of cold water
Directions:
Put all of the dry powder in a shaker cup, close tightly, and shake well. Put liquid ingredients in the blender. Add the powder and blend on high for a couple of minutes and you will have a shake that tastes like an orange creamsicle!
