Blueberry Protein-To-Go Bowls

This is a super-easy meal that’s delicious beyond polite description. If you wish to forego the pretty bowl and put it in a plastic container, you can bring this meal to the gym or work to have a healthy protein packed snack (or meal) at your fingertips.

Today, I used this as my second breakfast. It’s absolutely packed to the gills with protein, so you won’t have to worry that your muscles are starving. Plus, you get recovery-aiding antioxidants in the blueberries, energy and fiber giving chia seeds, the gut-friendly probiotic cultures of yogurt, immune system boosting bee pollen, and the healthy fats contained in almonds. Creamy, crunchy, and healthy all in one meal!

All of the included foods together will keep your blood sugar stable and keep you in the ‘not hungry’ zone for a couple of hours. Not too full, not hungry, you can actually ignore your stomach for a while. Sooooo much better than the snack machine at work!


  • 1 scoop vanilla EFX Sports Pure Whey, Protein 6, or Isolate
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp. crushed almonds
  • 1 packet of stevia sweetener, if desired


I hate to say it, but it’s really as easy as mixing it all together and closing the lid! If you want to impress someone and make it look fancy, you can do what I did and mix the protein with the yogurt and arrange the other stuff on top. That’s all there is to it!
