These decadent little puppies will add some fuel to your next sporting event like nothing else! There is a sweet mixture of carbs here that digest both quickly and slowly, giving immediate energy and a slow burn. The protein of the EFX Sports Isolate and the protein and fat of the peanut butter slows down digestion and gives you a small-sized food that will sustain your energy and stabilize your blood-sugar levels for an extended period of time…without filling you up too much. Basically this would be the higher quality, higher protein version of a store bought sports nutrition bar. Fuel your next game or sporting event with this natural, easy to make food and be the envy of the team!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla EFX Sports Isolate (2.5 scoops)
  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup quick oats or gluten free quick oats
  • 1/8 cup dried blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. organic maple syrup
  • 1-3 tbsp. water

Directions:

Put all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix until it’s the consistency of clay. If it’s still too dry, add 1 tbsp of water and mix. If it’s still too dry to mold, simply continue to add water, one tablespoon at a time, until it’s workable. Form into balls by rolling between your palms and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Refrigerate and eat at any time!
