Lemon and blueberry is an unlikely flavor combination that has become increasingly popular with the foodie crowd for good reason. It’s YUMMY!

Once upon a time, I had a cake that was lemon-blueberry flavored. So, I decided to try combining these flavors in supplements to see if it was any good. Good is an understatement! Every recipe or concoction I share with you has been rigorously taste tested. Though not all taste buds match perfectly, I bust my bum to only give you only very the best tasting stuff!

Now, you might question why I would add Kre-Alkalyn powder when Training Ground PRE already has it. I can tell you from own anecdotal evidence that I have been taking four to six Kre-Alkalyn capsules a day for a few months. Now the sleeves of my shirts feel like they’re going to burst from the size increase of my arms! It really isn’t all that shocking considering creatine is the most extensively studied and tested sports performance supplement on the market. This means BCAAs can enter the bloodstream more rapidly than peptide bonded amino acids to increase protein synthesis and to bolster recovery and growth. Research indicates that ingesting BCAAs helps spare muscle tissue during training and periods of fasting by increasing protein synthesis, reducing cortisol, and supporting elevated growth hormone levels. Think of them as a type of insurance policy for your muscles!
