Citrus Elixir of Beast mode? I can hear you thinking: “Are you KIDDING me?” How CORNY is that! All corn aside, it’s actually more accurate than I can explain; it’s the key to your very best workout! I kid you not! It’s the perfect drink to help you get a major jump on your New Year’s resolutions and get in the spirit of “killing it” in the gym.
Unlike many stimulant based pre-workout formulas on the market that only give you short lived, superficial energy from a plethora of stimulants, Training Ground Pre contains all of the latest, greatest, most extensively researched ingredients proven to enhance physical performance continually. Even better, it does it without any of the negative repercussions associated with other pre-workout formulas that contain primarily high doses of stimulants.
Needless to say, I made my way into the basement (I have a modest little gym in my ‘cave’), and let’s just say—I’m going to feel that workout through next week!!! You will do the same if you drink this magical citrus elixir of beast mode…
Ingredients:

- ¾ shaker cup full of water
- 1 scoop Kre-Alkalyn Powder (Pre already has it in there—but I added more to be like the Bulgarian weightlifting team in the study!)
- ½ scoop of Training Ground Pre in Orange Mango flavor
- 1 scoop Training Ground BCAA in Lemonade flavor
- ½ scoop Lemon Lime Karbolyn Hydrate
- 1 tray of ice
Directions:
Put about ½ the water into a blender, and then add all of the powders. Next, add ice and blend. You’ll have more than a full shaker cup when you add the water, so guzzle some quickly, then hustle your little buns into the gym and kill it for mama!!! (I don’t think it has worn off for me yet)…
