Peanut Butter Banana Builder Protein Ice Cream

Peanut Butter Banana Builder Protein Ice Cream             Scale* Easy

Here is a very cool idea for summer: Peanut Butter Banana Builder Protein Ice Cream! This is what you could eat to pack on muscle mass for some serious ‘gainz’ while keeping cool this summer. It’s made with neutral flavor Karbolyn and EFX Sports Vanilla Pure Whey protein. The entire recipe makes about a pint and has around 1,300 calories. So, if you want to split it with your significant other, it would be about 650 calories each. If you want to split it four ways, then it’s about 325 calories… and… well, you get the picture.

Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 scoops of EFX Sports Vanilla Pure Whey
1 scoop of neutral Karbolyn
1/3 cup of natural peanut butter
½ cup of coconut cream

Directions:

Peel and slice the bananas thin, and put them in the blender. Next, add the powders. Then, add the peanut butter, and finally the coconut cream. The mixture will be very thick, so you will have to pulse the blender. You may even need to use a butter knife at times help mix it around manually.

The most tedious part is getting it to mix the way you want. For example, it took me about 5 full minutes to get it to the desired consistency. Then, spoon everything into a container, and freeze it for an hour or two. Keep checking the hardness of the freeze because it will freeze pretty solidly, even though it has a high fat and pectin content.

If it happens to freeze solid, just leave it out for a little while until it’s just the way you want it. Enjoy!
